The Kent Messenger Group has always taken great pride in the accuracy and fairness of its reporting. As a trusted local media group, we take all complaints and observations about our reporting extremely seriously. We are now going to try even harder to get it right.

I want us to get it right, first time, every time, but I need your help.

Get it Right

If you spot anything that you think is wrong in one of our newspapers or websites, please tell me and, if it's wrong, I will make sure that we correct it as soon as possible.

The mistake could be a factual one, perhaps we have misspelled your name or the name of a member of your family or your organisation, we might have put in the wrong address or published the wrong amount raised at a charity event. Maybe we have misunderstood why or how something has happened. I would rather you tell me and we put it right than you tell all your friends that we can't be trusted. My aim is 100 per cent accuracy but I will not be able to achieve this without you.
